Ken Schrader and Kenny Wallace Team Up for New Podcast on Dirty Mo!

Kenny Wallace (left) and Ken Schrader to star in new podcast

It's the podcast you didn't know you needed. Or maybe you did.

Kenny Wallace announced he is coming to Dirty Mo Media and bringing his best friend and beloved NASCAR fan-favorite Ken Schrader with him. Wallace announced plans for the new show during his guest-hosting role on Dale Jr. Download (Episode 583 -- Talladega Brings Out The Cussing) this week.

"Kenny, you and I are going to be a part of Dirty Mo Media by doing a new podcast," Wallace said to Schrader, who joined remotely. "We are super excited about it. We're going to do about 40 shows or so a year. What do you think about that?"

Schrader laughed and said that his sponsor, Federated Auto Parts, asked him to be more active on social media, and he is just now starting to figure that out. "As long as you walk me through podcasting, I'm up for anything!"

Both Wallace and Schrader remain extremely popular in NASCAR circles despite neither having competed in the Cup series since 2013. Even so, both are still racing their dirt cars all around the Midwest. In fact, Schrader was unable to join Wallace in the Dirty Mo Studio on Tuesday because of his travel to Batesville (Ark.) Motor Speedway this week (see Schrader's full schedule.) Last week Schrader won at Springfield (Mo.) Raceway (watch it here.)

Wallace said he and Schrader are still working on a name for their podcast, although Schrader joked that his vote is "Kenny & Kenny" so both can get top billing. Whatever the name, this podcast will be a treasure trove of anecdotes, insights, memorable moments from their racing careers and behind-the-scenes stories that will captivate its listeners.
